Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
You have your order number or proof of purchase

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

Items received in a damaged or defective condition
Items that were incorrectly shipped (wrong product or size)

If you'd like to exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like.

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@shinyedeco.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
